Betty Ruth Fugate, 73 of White Hall, Arkansas passed from this life on March 8, 2017. She was born on June 9, 1943 in Conway, Arkansas to the late Harold and Alice Leatherwood Branning. Betty enjoyed cooking, spending time with her family and was always willing to help anyone in need. She was a great mother and wife and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Betty is also preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth E. Fugate and one son, K.D. Fugate. She is survived by her children, David Waggoner (Debra Scott), Tina Spicer (Sam McClure), Scott Waggoner (Carolyn) and Angel Waggoner; thirteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one sister, Doris Bellot; and a host of other family and friends.
Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to A Natural State Funeral Service in Jacksonville, Arkansas.
