Bobby Ray Washburn, age 70, of Hot Springs, passed away on May 17, 2017. He was born in Vicksburg, Mississippi on October 17, 1946 to James Ray Washburn and Era Williams. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Donald and Ricky Washburn, and two sisters, Timajean Washburn and Nancy Bone.
Bobby is survived by his daughter, Andrea Washburn; brother, Lonnie (Renee) Washburn, and several nieces.
A memorial service has not been planned.
