James “J.C.” Mills, age 63 of Hot Springs passed away on Wednesday, September 27, 2017. He was born on April 17, 1954 in Kingsland, Arkansas to John and Mary Mills.
He is preceded in death by his parents John Mills and Mary Martin-Mills.
He leaves behind the love of his life Cindy Hawkins; three sons Aaron Sandel of Arizona, Thibideaux Mills and Devereaux Mills both of McRae, Arkansas; three grandsons; three sisters Libby Anderson of Lonoke, Arkansas, Johnnie McClanahan of Griffin, Georgia and Emma Mills of Lonoke, Arkansas; two brothers Bill Mills of Malvern, Arkansas and Jerry Mills of McRae, Arkansas.

I am so sorry to learn today of JC’s passing. He was one of my favorite friends as a kid in our neighborhood. May His Jesus Give Him Rest In HIS Name.
