My heart goes out to the family during this time of loss and sorrow. I knew Scott for many years and enjoyed his company. He will be greatly missed. He and my brother Fred Phillips and Burkett Deeter use to hang around each other back in the day. I remember going to Scotts when he lived on Freppon Rd and visiting with his family. May god bless all of you and I will keep you in my prayers.

Will always remember Scott, that sense of humor, twinkle in his eye, and crooked little smile…there was nobody quite like him and I will miss him…My thoughts and prayers are with the family and I am so sorry for their loss.

Scott. We will miss you. I still remember you as my best friend in high school. May the God of peace meet you and care for those you left behind. I still remember coming to your house for fish and hush puppies. Betty knew how to take care of us!
