Gwendolyn Sue Wood, 63 of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed from this life on April 8, 2016. She was born on September 6, 1952 to the late Travis and Lester Ingram Martin in Odessa, Texas.
Sue was also preceded in death by her nephew Lynn Williams. She is survived by her daughter; Melissa Wood (Larry Franklin), two sisters; Jean Boren (Mack) of Lubbock, Texas and Linda Mosley of Graham, Texas.
Her family would like to thank Arkansas Hospice, the staff of UAMS, Linda House, and Woodland Hills of Jacksonville for the care and love the provided to Ms. Wood.

So sorry for your loss. I still look in her room thinking I will see her in there. I will miss her smile the most. I still remember when I cut her hair that Christmas and how surprised and happy she was when I finished. I know I am truly blessed to have known her. I will miss her but I know she is without pain or suffering . I know someday I will see her again
