Billy was always making people laugh!! He came to see me at work one day and told me he had something to give me in the car. So, as we were walking out, and a few nurses and security saw he was having trouble walking, asked if they could be of help, in which he replied, “I have her, Thank you anyway, (HA) took me by the arm and escorted me to the back door, gave me his keys and asked that I go drive his car to him. When I returned and he got in to leave, he gave me a key, and said it’s someone’s Key to their heart, ha, ha. It was a key to an old mower he gave mother but forgot to give her the key. I will miss him lots, but I know he has no more suffering and is loving the most beautiful place there is!!!! My condolences to the Family with thoughts of Prayers and lots of Love.

I have many sweet memories of Uncle Billy from my childhood and beyond. I can recall many summers where my siblings and I spent time at my grandmothers house and Billy would visit, and when he did he always made time to visit with us as too. He would joke around with us kids and tell stories and pull pranks. He was a fun loving uncle.

It’s probably been twenty years since I’ve seen him, but my heart will always hold him dear. And the memories I have of Uncle Billy will be that beautiful smile and that twinkle in his eye. I know he’s at peace and no longer in pain and he is with his loved ones in heaven.
