Edward Lee Goodman, Jr, 43, of Jacksonville, Arkansas, left us to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 3, 2016. Edward (Eddie) was born December 5, 1972 in Batesville, Arkansas. Eddie was a born again Christian. He loved his family and friends dearly. Eddie had the most infectious smile and laugh. He enjoyed fishing, loved animals, and was a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan. Eddie was a wonderful son, brother, and uncle, and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Eddie is survived by his son Jayden and parents Edward L. Goodman, Sr and Lucille Goodman of Jacksonville. He is also survived by his sisters, Lisa Tew (Phillip) and Brenda Goodman; nieces, Amanda Woodell (Cody), Brittney Heath (Will), Charly Thorn, and Jessica Lawley; great nieces and nephews, Gage, Cash, Kiley, Abby, and Harlee.
A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday, August 10, at 12 PM at Cowboy Church, 9 AR 36, Conway, Arkansas 72032.

You were as a little brother to me as we grew up. (Will never forget the concerts, cruising and the wrecks, so many good times, and so much more.) As difficult as this has been to understand, we know that death is not the end, it is only the beginning. As we miss you here, God has such a greater purpose. May God give your family and friends peace and comfort and bring them through difficult times. You will always be missed, loved and appreciated!
