Anna Evans Salley, 96 of Pine Bluff, transferred to heaven on Tuesday, October 25, 2016. She was born June 5, 1920 in DeWitt, Arkansas to Dave and Bessie Berg. Anna was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Gail Ann Poole, son, Floyd Evans, Jr, sister, Evelena Shumate, step-daugther, Bonnie Sparks, and brothers, Jackie and Alvin Berg and Wilber Berg, Jr. She was affiliated with Christian Life Church in Pine Bluff. She loved gardening and growing roses and irises.
Anna is survived by daughters, Barbara Hall and Patsy Miller (Johnny), step-daughter, Twilla Dale Parker; six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and three great great-grandchildren; sisters, Dora Inman and Kathryn Stiers; brother, Floyd Berg, and numerous nieces and nephews She loved her children and grandchildren.
A Graveside Service will be Friday, October 28, 1:00 pm at Lone Tree Cemetery, Stuttgart, Arkansas. Bro. Bill Kiggins will officiate the service. Interment will follow.
