Randy Wayne Hughes, 52, of Clarksville, passed away on Friday, November 18, 2016. He was born in Portersville, California on December 9, 1963. He was preceded in death by his sister, Debbie Elms and brother, Shawn Hughes.
Randy is survived by his wife, Penny Hughes of Clarksville Arkansas; parents, Elemuel and Mary Hughes, Des Arc Arkansas; daughter Melinda Sue Hughes, Houston, Texas; two grandchildren, and two sisters, Susan O’Connell and Charlotte Fields, both of Washington.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, November 23, at 1:00 pm, at Biscoe Cemetery, Biscoe, Arkansas.
