Shalalah B. Kindall, 74, of Jacksonville passed away on Monday, November 28, 2016. She was born in North Little Rock, Arkansas on July 1, 1942 to the late Paul Baker Sr. and late Mattie Wilson.

She is survived by her daughter, Shelia (Forest) Morrow of Cabot; four sons, Roderick (Pam) Kindall of Jacksonville, Phillip Kindall III of Jonesboro, Dana Turnage of Little Rock and Tracy (Donna) Turnage of Georgia; nine grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; seven sisters, Clora Sadler, Pricilla (James) Bryles, Lila (Willie) McFadden, Catherine (Leavorn) Shaw, Cassandra Satterfield, Marilyn (Donald) Williams and Carolyn Satterfield; five brothers, Paul (Patricia) Baker Jr., Darnell Satterfield, Vernon Satterfield, Timothy Satterfield and Hezehial Satterfield.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel at the funeral home.

The family of Shalalah B. Kindall would like to express our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to all who extended their sincere prayers, sympathy and many expressions of kindness during our time of bereavement. Special thanks to Woodland Hills Nursing Home and Arkansas Hospice for all their care and compassion.

    Grandma I miss you already. You have been by my side since the day I was born. Growing up I only knew you as momma, just because everyone else in the house called you that. You have always been the best to talk too, your laugh could be heard from anywhere. I am so sad that you are gone, but happy you are in no more pain. I know you and Mister Al are in heaven parting again. I know you will keep watch over all of us now. RIP Grandma….love you Kevin
