Jeffrey Allen Bise, 56, of Jacksonville, Arkansas, went to his heavenly home on Friday, February 3, 2017. He was born in Audrain County, Missouri on December 10, 1960, to Orval and Lucy Bise. Jeffrey is preceded in death by his father, Orval H. Bise Sr., and two brothers, James Bise and Orval H. Bise, Jr.

In addition to his mother, Lucy and his daughter, Sarah, Jeffrey is survived by four brothers, Keith, Larry, Garry, Cecil; three sisters, Phyllis, Brenda, Ellen, and several nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Jeffrey was an Army veteran and a motorcycle enthusiast. He loved fishing, turning exotic wood in to elegant writing pens, spending time with friends, and dreaming of riding his motorcycle.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, February 24, 2017 at 11:00 inside the chapel at A Natural State Funeral Service located at 2620 west Main Street, Jacksonville, Arkansas, 72076. Interment will follow at the Arkansas State Veteran Cemetery, North Little Rock.

Memorials can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.

Cremation entrusted to A Natural State Funeral Service in Jacksonville, 501-982-3400.

    I worked with Jeff at Weaver-Bailey. He was such a nice person and a true gentleman. Heaven has gained a bright, bright star.

    A tough day for many to hear of your families loss. Jeff touched many at the VA and his memory and love for wood Lathe pen turning will be every lasting.!

    It has been an honor to know Jeff. His “Never Give Up” Spirit has inspired me and so many others. I love Jeff and he will be greatly missed. To the Bise family, please know that Jeff was truly a blessing to me and his friends at the VA.
