Travis (Trab) Delaine Saxon, 73, of El Dorado Arkansas, God came and took him in his arms to heaven, at his home on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 in El Dorado, Arkansas, under the care of Life Touch. He was born on March 16, 1943 in Pontotoc, Mississippi to the late Delaine and Wilma Ann Little Saxon.

Travis worshiped at Hickory Grove Chapel, he was the owner of Wonder Cable TV Construction, and loved life and lived it to the fullest. Always the story teller, just to make people laugh. Had a great love for his family. Very generous and tender loving hearted.

Travis was also preceded in death by two grandsons, Allen Delaine and Christopher Allen Culp.

Travis is survived by his wife of 50 years, Alice Meeks Saxon of El Dorado; one daughter, Sonya Renae Saxon Robbins (Jimmy Roy) of Pontotoc, Mississippi; two sons, Mark Delaine Saxon (Becky Jean) and Chad Dee Saxon (Tina), both of El Dorado, Arkansas; one granddaughter, Samantha A. Saxon of El Dorado, Arkansas; three grandsons, Matthew Delaine Saxon, J.B. Thompson (Courtney) both of Andalusia, Alabama, J.R. Robbins (Maranda) of Pontotoc, Mississippi; three great-granddaughters, Emma Grace Robbins of Pontotoc, Mississippi, Harleigh Elizabeth Saxon of Knoxville, Tennessee, Juliet Thompson of Andalusia, Alabama; one great grandson, Noah Thompson of Andalusia, Alabama; one sister, Patsy Saxon Maffett (Harper) of Pontotoc, Mississippi; several nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at the Hickory Grove Chapel in El Dorado, Arkansas, by Bro. Delmas Jones, with burial to follow at Bethel Baptist Cemetery in El Dorado. Visitation will be from 6:30 to 8:30 P.M. on Friday, March 10, 2017 at Hickory Grove

Pallbearers will be J.R. Robbins, Tommy Jones, Marty Overstreet, Doug Smith, Benny Overstreet and Jack Overstreet.

Funeral Service have been entrusted to A Natural State Funeral Service, 2620 West Main Street, Jacksonville, Arkansas. 501-982-3400.
