Norma F. Stephens, 61

Norma F. Stephens, 61 of Ward, Arkansas passed from this life on Wednesday, July 26, 2017. She was born on December 14, 1955 in Scott, Arkansas to the late Arthur and Ethel Mullins. Norma enjoyed going fishing, spending time with her family and singing.

She is survived by her loving husband, Jack Stephens; her four children, Penny Gates, Brandi Gates, Jason Gates, Becky Stephens; seven grandchildren, Brandon, Cody, Jason Matthew, Skyla, Bradley Alexander, Annalise, Jason Jack and a host of other family and friends. Norma is also preceded in death by her two sisters, Geneva Chambers and Betty Cook.

Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to A Natural State Funeral Service 2620 West Main Street,Jacksonville, Arkansas, 72076. 501-982-3400

    I know how difficult this time must be for you. May the light from God’s word the Bible be a guide and comfort through the darkness of your loss. John 5:28,29 gives hope of a future resurrection and Rev 21:3,4 of a day when there will be no more death, mourning or pain. We can have faith in these promises because our God Jehovah (Psalm 83:18) who promised these things cannot lie.

    I miss you mom. I love you, and I’m just content knowing that you are no longer in any pain. Thank you for everything, I’m so lucky I had a mom like you. I hope I can be half the mother you were. Rest peaceful angel. I love you.

    5 years now, and daddy has come to to greet you. My heart is heavy, but how beautiful it must have been when he walked through that gate and saw you! I bet the music the two of you are making is the most beautiful sounds ever heard! Plz don’t forget about me, I’ll be there to join y’all as soon as God is willing . I miss u both.
