Connie Sue Shepard, age 61, of Cabot, passed away on Wednesday, August 9, 2017. She was born in Dallas, Texas on February 29, 1956. She is preceded in death by her parents, Susco and Ruby Riggs; son, Steven Shepard, and sister, Barbara Brown.
Connie is survived by two sons, Bobby Wood and David (Jera) Shepard, both of Cabot; two grandsons, Austin and Paxton Shepard of Cabot, and four sisters, Pat Stroud, Atlanta, Georgia, Benita Robinett, College City, Arkansas, Thelma Cain, Ravendon, Arkansas, and Kim McIntire, Walnut Ridge, Arkansas.
Visitation will be Tuesday, August 15, at 12:00 pm at Old Austin Baptist Church, 50 Old 38 North, Austin, Arkansas. Funeral Service will follow at 2:00 pm. Interment will be at the Old Austin Cemetery.
