Crawford Sylveston Hull (Papa), 76

Crawford Sylveston Hull (Papa), age 76, of Cabot, Arkansas went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, August 24, 2017. Papa was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on May 21, 1941 to Lawrence Crawford Hull and Stella Irene (Carter) Hull.

In July 1965, he married Merion Jean Smith and in 2017 they celebrated their 52nd anniversary. Together they cherished their 5 children, 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. He was a truck driver most of his life, had a green thumb, loved to read his Bible, whistle/sing, go fishing and love his family.

Crawford was preceded in death by his parents; his step-mother Juanita Fulmer; sister Irene Arnold; brothers Johnny Hull, Russell Hull, Atlas Hull, Donald Hull and Raymond Hull.

He is survived by his daughters Kemberley (Danny) Phillips, Kelly (Brad) Moore and Karen (Guy) Lemaster; his sons Danny (Chandel) Hull and John Hull. He will be missed by his grandchildren Seth (Lauren) Hull, Caleb (Ashley) Hull, Zac (MaKayla) Watkins, Hunter Phillips, Sarah Phillips, Emily Moore, Shay Hull, Alli Moore, Austin Hull, Anna Grace Ellis, Matt Lemaster and Josh Lemaster. Great-grandchildren Aiden Hull, Lilah Hull and Callie Hull. His sisters Betty Smith, Polly Hunter and Brenda Hull Williams; his brothers Carroll (Donna) Hull and Mickey (Marilyn) Hull. He will be missed by his church family at Bethel Assembly of God, Jacksonville, Arkansas and many more family and friends.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, August 27, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. at A Natural State Funeral Service, 2620 West Main Street, Jacksonville, Arkansas.

A funeral service will be held in his honor on Monday, August 28, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. at Bethel Assembly of God, 7311 Republican Road, Jacksonville, Arkansas.

Burial will be held following the service at Harmony Cemetery, 865 Hwy 89 S, Sherwood, Arkansas.

The family would like to recognize the staff of CCU at Springhill Baptist Hospital and AR Hospice for helping us see he was ready to go Home. We would also like to thank Spring Creek Nursing and Rehab for loving and caring for our daddy, when we couldn’t be there; they became his second family.

    John and family.. So sorry for your loss. Prayers for comfort, strength, and understanding. It was such a pleasure to have known this man my whole life. Always kept a smile on his face, and everyone else’s. I know him and dad are up in heaven making everyone laugh as usual. Heaven gained an amazing man. Sending lots of hugs to you all. 💙❤💙

    To the Hull family, my thoughts and prayers are with each one of you! Mr. Hull was a sweet man, and your mom is so precious! There is no doubt how much he loved his family.     * sure wnjoyed all those Creekdale years, watching Crawford and Jean raise all of you chillins. Heaven is now a more valuable place. If you have Jesus as your Savior-Lord-King…you wi)l see Crawford-Daddy-Poppa again!
