James was one of the few people that welcomed me and my family when we moved to Arkansas many years ago. We have since left the state but never let go of our love for him and his brothers. I am so sorry for you all but know he is with his wonderful Mother Theda who was truly my Angel when coming to Arkansas. Prayers for you all and you will surely be missed my friend❤️

I love you so much daddy! Couldn’t ask for a better father in law that treated me just as a daughter. I know the bond between us will forever be! Enjoy your family, no more pain, sorrows or suffering. We will stick together as a family and make you pround. Love you so very much!

James had the gift of joy and laughter. He raised our spirits, accentuated the positive, and helped everyone feel at ease. His sharp wit and hilarious banter drew everyone to him and endeared him to their hearts eternally. Here’s to a genuine, fun-loving legend who will leave endless broken hearts behind. You will be missed, James. Until we get to enjoy your company again in heaven…

We are headed right now to visitation and it’s not going to be the same without your laughter and jokes! You helped me get through mom’s and nannys death with your smile and laughter. I’m not ready to say goodbye. You were and always will be one of the best uncle’s anyone could have. Life will never be the same without you in it. I will cherish every moment we got to spend with you! Love you to the moon and back..until we meet again :'(

My sincere condolences to the Roberson family. It has been years since I have seen James, but just like his brothers, he was never without a big smile and a warm hello. My thoughts and prayers are with all of James loved ones, but especially Vann, Vic, Robert,
    and Joe. Much love.

I have known James since we were kids but I have not seen him in a very long time. For a while we worked together and the rides to get there were always an adventure full of laughs. Rest in Peace my friend.
