Steven Richard Martin, 62, of Conway passed away on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 in his home. He was born on October 15, 1955 in Cook County Illinois to James Edward Martin and Amanda June Gibson-Tipton.
Steven was a mixed martial arts expert and held several belts, he loved hunting, camping, hiking, and the outdoors. Steven was an amazing woodworker, craftsman, brother, father and son.
He is preceded in death by his father James Edward Martin and his wife Crystal Dawn Martin.
Steven is survived by his children Cody Ranger Martin and daughter Cheyenne Scout Weinman (Joseph); his mother Amanda Gibson -Tipton; sister Valinda Martin; brother David Martin (Patricia); two nieces Nikki Hill and Vallee McColley and many friends and family.
A family hosted celebration of life will be held on Monday, January 8, 2018 at 3:00 P.M. at Life Tabernacle, 23903 Highway 107, Jacksonville, Arkansas.

Steven had the spirit of a pioneer, a giving heart, and his soul belongs to the Lord Jesus Christ. He was a happy man on his mother’s birthday, and he is at peace with his beautiful wife. May the Lord comfort all his family in this time of their grief.,
I’ve only known Steve for a few years. And from what I know he was a quiet and shy friendly person. Prayers for his family. RIP Steve.
