Rod will be missed by his old WMG course buddies. He loved the game and was always a competitor. He played when no one else would, be it good weather or bad.. I’ve played countless rounds with him. Rod did it his way.. if you didn’t count all your strokes, he wasn’t shy in correcting you. He was pound for pound the toughest man I have ever met.. health issues didn’t hold him back very long . He played to the very end. RIP Rod. I hope you find that great golf course in the sky.

Mr Fleisch was my boss for many years at Dillard’s. I worked in the Credit Department. He was one of the best bosses I have ever had. We all knew that he cared about the people in his department. He made me laugh many times. Pot luck lists would be circulated in the office and before I had even seen them, he would put me down for a German Chocolate Cake. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I pray that your memories bring your comfort.

I hate to hear this. I worked for Rod in Dillards credit department many years ago. He was always a good, fair boss. He will be missed.

My condolences to all of the family. Rod was a special person and even though I had not seen him often in the last few years I have many wonderful memories of working with him, talking at about the St Louis Cardinals, and countless rounds of golf. I will never forget how well he could play an organ. Rod was a many of many talents, but his compassion and humor is something that all people should strive for. Rest in peace my friend.
