So sorry for your loss Kathy. I know what a hole it leaves in your life when you lose your mate. Just lean on Jesus and He will become your rock, husband, provider, comforter. He will keep you under his wings. Say hello to your mom for me.

Charlie Burchfield spent a whole long day with me in 1959 when I was 7 years old trying to get me up on a set of water skies for the first time. Well, he finally did, and I will never forget him. I was so sorry to see his passing in the paper, but I know he had a great life. He was a great friend to my Mom and Dad, Bob and May Lane Owens. Arkansas Farm Bureau. God’s Blessings to all the family.

Charlie, thanks for your friendship and guidance throughout the years. I have lots of memories but one stands clear. You took me and Gary on my first deer hunt to Haley we’re the first thing Gary and we did was get your old Scout stuck in the one place you told us not to go. We,had a lot of good times together and I will always remember your kind ways and leadership. Peace and Christ be with and your family always. Love Pinky
