Mark loved his family very much. I worked with Mark and enjoyed hearing stories about his Wife, Kids and Grandkids. He was a kind hearted Man. Prayers for the family.

I remember when my uncle worked at Krogers in the meat department. The first memory was when I dressed up as a cow on roller blades and visited him at work. He thought it eas hilarious, since he was a butcher! Second memory I remember, when he was a Krogers, was when he chased thieves that stole meat out the door and hung on their car door being dragged across the Kroger parking lot. He came to our house so that my mom could bandage him up! He was serious about his cuts of meat! You will be missed!

I worked with Mark at PriceCutter where he was the produce manager. He shared the newsletters he got which contained a bizarre comic called Adventures of the Idaho Potato Retailer. We would both wait with baited breath for the next unintentionally hilarious story. See ya on the other side, Mark.

I’m shocked. Ronnie and I were just talking about him and laughing about craziness. We loved the short time we was his Pastor in Van Buren. The McNew family has good blood strong heritage. Mark and John were simply put, A Hoot.
