The hole you left will never be filled. I am so very thankful for the 33 years of friendship we shared. You will always be a huge part of my life, people will get so tired of me talking about our many (mis)adventures. Until we meet again my friend. .
I did not have the blessing of meeting you, but everyone at Maverick is family. Im at a loss for words, I know you were an awsome FM to my husband, and a friend to everyone. May God hold your family in the time of their grievances and give them peace, strength.

She was my FM at Maverick and was awesome at her job. I always knew I could count on her to take care of anything that would come up throughout my day. She will be greatly missed. There is an empty space in the hearts of Maverick family. We miss you Donna….

Donna was my FleetManger at Maverick for 3yrs during my time in the Flatbed division. From the first time I met Donna her warmth personality and smile grabbed my attention. After our introduction I knew I had a new friend and what would become a great relationship with my FM. Donna truly cared for her driver’s and would go to bat for any of them.I do and will miss my conversations with Donna. Donna has left big shoes for the next FM at Maverick to fill. It will be hard to find someone with the same personality, compassion, and just the right amount of fire to motivate there drivers as she did. To all of Donna’s family and friends my heart breaks for you. I wish you the peace of Christ.Know Donna is watching all of you. I know I now have a new trucker Angel. My deepest sympathy for all especially her husband Charlie.

We will never understand why some are gone too soon when they had so much more to do in life. To Donna’s husband, Heather, Dustin, grandchildren, mom and dad – I am so, so sorry. I want to share how Donna helped me after Kyle’s (my son’s) death. She had the phone store. We had Kyle’s phone but not a charger I was determined to know if he texted anyone, called anyone the day he took his life. I went up to the store and Donna got it charged. Then, she shared the story of her brother with me. I had never known the meaning behind her license plate. We hugged, I cried and since then kept in contact with her. She became a supporter of our Miles for Kyle team, even coming to LR once to walk with us. She was so special.
Another Donna memory to share! She was the first student to ask if BHS could have a school sponsored, integrated prom. Jack Myers and I agreed it was a great idea! We had the first that year and it continues today. I will remember those dimples, her steadfast support and her belief that everyone could come together. My love to you all.
My favorite sister for 35 years. RIP big sister. Love you, miss you.
When you became a friend to Donna, she became your lifelong friend. I met her when she had the video store in Brinkley. We would have long talks, and she always made time for her friends. She loved my children, and they loved her! She will be greatly missed. Fly high, sweet friend! It was my pleasure to know you! I loved her!
You will be missed Donna! She had a great smile.
Donna was my FM for 3 yrs. And was me and my wife’s friend from day one when she started @ Maverick.
There are no good words to describe the loss that anyone who knew her is feeling. She was the best!!!!
Our thoughts and prayers go out to you Charlie and all of her family and friends.
