Billy B. Conner “Gramps”, 71, will be lovingly missed by children Bill (Jessica) Conner and Amy Conne, grandchildren, Linnea (Rawn) Gabbard, Hunter Munch, Mickey Munch, Tommy Conner, and Pepper Conner.
He is preceded in death by his parents Nathlene and Jimmie Floyd; a son Brandon Conner. We will celebrate Gramp’s life September 30, 2018 from 1:30-4pm at Lake Willastein Pavillion, Maumelle, Arkansas.

A GOOD FRIEND!
Worked with Billy for many years at VA. Always resourceful during disaster response and recovery, I have many fond memories of our time together, working and not working. If I can find a Fuddruckers, I’ll raise a burger in your memory. Condolences to his family. RIP
Billy was a friend, co-worker and mentor. And he is missed.
Gramps was a great friend of ours! He got me started as a chaplain with CVMA and he and my husband plus myself have always been close! We will miss him till we see him again! Best of the best to his family! You are in our thoughts and prayers! Sparky and BX
