Jerry and Debbie are two beautiful souls. In fact, if it hadn’t been for their loving spirits, my wife (of 24 plus years) and I, would not have met. Jerry is home with our Lord, and now has an incorruptible pain free body. We gladly celebrate Jerry and the whole family’s love. He is our brother.

When, earlier this year, I joined my husband at an LRSD community meeting at Bale Elementary School, Debbie made me feel oh- so- welcome into the University West Neighborhood Association contingent that was there. Imagine my surprise, when I learned, later, that the warm and responsive true gentleman in our discussion group was part of a dynamic duo. At Debbie’s bidding, we had dinner together, afterwards, and what a great time we had! It was as though we had known each other all our lives!

You will be missed my friend. Your guidance and mentorship were instrumental here at Cromwell, but most of all your kindness will be the best memory of you. I appreciate your thoughts on my journey in this life and will never forget your counsel. Thoughts and prayers to the family during this difficult time.

There are so many wonderful things to be said about Jerry. I only have fond memories of him, and was fortunate to have known him for my entire 29 (almost 30) years. Jerry was an exceptional person, and a great example of a life well lived. His good and kind spirit was evident in every aspect of his life. He will be greatly missed. To Debbie, Amanda, Bryce and family…may God grant you peace during this difficult time.

You know that Jerry was one of the good guys. From the lovely comments so far, you now know that many others recognize him as “one of the good guys”. I’m happy to be part of the list of people who knew Jerry and will always benefit from his example of living a good and honest life.
