My maiden name is Bickle. Ray was my half-brother. He was in my home numerous times over the years passing through Little Rock to Stone County and visiting Naomi. I did not ever meet any member of his family but learned a lot about you through his visits and correspondence. I am very sorry to read of the passing of his son. That would be my nephew. My mother, Gayle Bickle, was Ray’s stepmother. He was 12 when my mother and daddy married. My deepest sympathy goes out to you all.

Was sad to hear Richard passed away. We all loved him. I remember when he bought me a wedding ring but we decided to was best to remain great friends. I looked for him several times over the years. He and my uncle were firefighters in El Paso Texas at the same time. My family have wonderful memories of Richard. Glad he was with Melanie. RIP my dear friend.
