Billy H. Isaac, 84 of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed from this life on Wednesday, February 13, 2019. He was born on April 4, 1934 in Lincolnton, North Carolina to the late Roy C. and Mary Louis Isaac. Bill retired from the United States Air Force of 29 years as Chief Master Sgt. He later worked for fifteen years as security for Remington Arms.
He is also preceded in death by two sisters; two brothers and a great-nephew Benjamin Douglas Prince. Bill leaves behind to cherish his memory; his wife Delta of 64 years; three children Martin Isaac (Michelle), Michael Isaac, Marcus Isaac (Dana); sister Annette Barkley; a host of honorary grandchildren that held a special place in his heart as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Visitation will be held from 11:30-12:30 on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at A Natural State Funeral Service in Jacksonville, Arkansas with burial to follow at 1pm at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock, Arkansas.

My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Bill was a part of my boys life when they were babies until toddlers while Delta kept both of them. We are all sad of his passing.

Delta, I just got the word from Brenda Nettles informing me of Bill’s passing . So sorry to hear to hear the sad news . Bill was a fine man & will be missed by all that knew him .
