Jerry Qualls, 66, of Sherwood passed away on May 25, 2019. He was born on July 30, 1952 to Bernice Qualls in Hazard, Kentucky.
Jerry proudly served in the United States Army; he loved working on cars, listening to music and spending time with his family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his mother Bernice Qualls; grandparents William and Janie Qualls and sister Carol Hand.
Jerry leaves behind his children Melissa Olson (Joshua), Angela Qualls and Jesse Qualls; grandchildren Joshua Olson, Jayden Qualls, Athena Olson, Megan Moldenhauer and Allison Moldenhauer; sisters Sandra Garland, Tammy Hand and Connie Hand; nieces Lindsey Garland and Tracy Combs as well as many other friends and family.
