Tommy was the first officer to ever pull me over. It was the first time my mom let me drive alone and she sent me to get gas. Well I left the gas cap on the bumper, and Tommy pulled me over to let me know that my cap was on the bumper. Well I was scared to death. I thought I was in big trouble and this was my first time out without my mom. Tommy you will be greatly missed, I will always remember you.
