Samuel Willis France, JR, 53 of Austin, Arkansas, passed away from a heart attack on July 18, 2019. Samuel was born March 1, 1966 at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri to Samuel Willis France, SR and Margret Ann Fotchman-France.
Samuel was a landscape artist and builder. He was a wonderful man and loved his family.
Samuel is survived by his loving wife Carolyn France; parents Samuel and Margret France; children Michelle Hallum and Tommy Hallum; 2 sisters; and lots of nieces and nephews to carry on and honor his memory.
A Celebration of Life is being held on Saturday July 27, 2019 at 11:00am at The France Residence.
