Dwight Gregory Weyand, 73, of Jacksonville passed away on August 20, 2019. He was born in Ohio on November 17, 1945 to the late Dwight Eldon and Mary Elizabeth Stahl- Weyand.
He attended the Church of Christ in Oak Grove, Arkansas and loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed fishing, playing computer games, traveling and he was an avid gardener.
He is preceded in death by his son Dwight Gregory Weyand, Jr.; his siblings Woneta Shander, Leland Weyand, Thad Weyand, Todd Weyand, Faith Raymond, Perry Weyand, Wannetta Hugar, Cody Weyand and Eldon Weyand.
Dwight is leaving behind his loving wife Geneva Weyand; children Wanda Weyand, Brenda Maddox and Krissee Yarberry; grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings Alice Smoot of Akron, Ohio, Mary Brown, Rocky Face, Georgia and Iona Liebert of Ohio.
Visitation will be Friday, August 23, 2019 from 9:00 until 10:30 A.M. at A Natural State Funeral Service, 2620 West Main, Jacksonville, Arkansas. Service will begin at 10:30 A.M. with burial to follow at Arkansas Veterans Cemetery, North Little Rock, Arkansas.
