Louis Wayne Williams, 69, of McRae passed away on August 8, 2019. He was born on May 21, 1950 in Searcy, Arkansas to the late Thomas Ray and Rebecca Eloise Williams.
He proudly served in the United States Army and was a loving, caring father, brother, grandfather and friend. He loved working with his hands in construction, gardening and just tinkering.
He is preceded in death by a son Robert Jackson Williams, a grandson Gavin Wayne Broyles, a brother Galan Ray Williams and a sister Alice Faye Gatia.
Louis leaves here to cherish his memories his children JJ Williams (Tracy), Misty Wolfe (Barry), Amber Dunn (Matthew), Laura Williams, Ryan Williams (Ester) and Dustin Williams; his 13 grandchildren Matthew, Tommy, Lindsey, Lani, Lily, Zack, Callie, Issac, Adyson, Kaden, Aaron, Allie and Zane; one sister Rebecca Kaye (Peter) and his loving companion and friend Gladys Williams.
Visitation will be on Monday, August 12, 2019 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at A Natural State Funeral Service, 2620 West Main, Jacksonville, Arkansas. Funeral service will be on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at 3:00 P.M. at A Natural State Funeral Service. 501-982-3400

I’ m so sorry to hear. Louie was AWESOME…Spent alot of time with slugger and louie.. Saw the Allman brothers in new orleans with those too. Many moons ago. Spent many a weekend heber springs with the mcrae crew. Thoughts and prayerz to the Williams family. RIP. MY FRIEND SAVE ME A SEAT.
