Brenda Kay Wood, 68, of McRae passed away on September 20, 2019. She was born in Tupelo, Mississippi to the late Verlon and Ruby Cameron on January 18, 1951.
She loved to drive a truck and she was a professional truck driver for many years until she had to retire. In her spare time while driving she loved to crochet and read books. She loved spending time with her family, grandkids, great-grandkids and friends.
She is preceded in death by her daughters Melissa Stowers and Amy Thigpen.
Brenda leaves behind her loving family, her children Susan Murphy and Wanda Collins (Billy); five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; siblings Verlon Cameron, Jr. of Salisaw, Oklahoma, Robert Cameron of Garner, Arkansas, and Jerry Cameron of McRae, Arkansas; as well as; many extended friends and family.
Celebration of Life will be Monday, September 23, 2019 at 3:00 P.M. at 4386 Highway 367 South, Garner, Arkansas.
