Norman Novarro Woodward, Jr., 63, transitioned from this this world to a better place, free from pain and suffering with a smile on his face. He was in Hospice care in Little Rock, Arkansas.
He evacuated to Pine Bluff, Arkansas as a result of Hurricane Katrina and was living in Little Rock, at the time of his death where he also touched many lives and left genuine fond memories of him.
He was the son of Barbara L. Walker-Franklin and the late Norman Novarro Woodward, Sr. He is survived by his son Norman Novarro Woodward and five siblings Eldridge, Eliot, Breyton, Joycelyn W. Hayne and Adrian Franklin; as well as, many other relatives and friends.
