Hazel M. Stuart, 91

Hazel M. Stuart, 91 of Sherwood, Arkansas passed from this life on November 12, 2019. She was born in West Monroe, Louisiana to the late John and Margaret Joiner. Hazel was a long time member of Levy United Methodist Church; loved the outdoors, gardening, fishing, crocheting and spending time with Abbey and Lindsey and the rest of her beloved family. Hazel also volunteered for a number of years with Baptist Health Systems and at her church.

She is also preceded in death by four sisters; one brother and her son Ricky Cross. Hazel leaves behind her son Ronald Cross (April); six grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; one sister Dorothy Condreay of San Antonio, Texas and a host of other loving family, friends and her beloved little dog “Mandy” who held her heart.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2019 from 10-11am at Levy United Methodist Church in North Little Rock, Arkansas with funeral services to begin at 11:00am. Burial will follow at Cato historic Cemetery in Cato, Arkansas.

    This lady loved me and I loved her dearly. I will miss our talks. She’s doing alright now and heaven shines brighter because she’s there.

    Ronnie and April I know you will miss Ms. Hazel a great deal. She was a special lady and loved her family so very much. May you find peace in knowing she is in Heaven with all the Angels before her yet her memories are with you forever.. Bless you both.
