Helping Families and Friends Honor Their Loved One

Kathryn (Kathy) Lee Mark, age 77

Kathryn (Kathy) Lee Mark of Bald Knob, Arkansas, age 77, retired from her waking life on earth to go be with the Lord on November 26, 2019.

Kathy is survived by her son, Kevin Morgan; her daughter, Kelley Tucker; her daughter, Kasey Dillman; her granddaughter, Annie Kanitz; her grandson, Mason Mark; granddaughter, Ashley Clark; and her posse of 9 great grandchildren. She is preceded by her father, Albert Diederich; her mother, Ava Mae Hayman; stepfather, Maxwell Hayman; and her 2 brothers; Marty and Ricky Diederich.

Kathy, also known by friends and family as RED, was a spitfire who loved spending time with family and watching her grandchildren and great grandchildren grow. During her down time, she enjoyed reading mystery and vampire novels, spending time with her puppy, Saki, watching true crime television, and getting her hair and nails done. Kathy was a vivacious, spunky woman who never failed to make other laugh with her witty jokes and frank, candid comebacks. She will be forever loved and dearly missed.

Kathy’s family will be holding a celebration of her life at a family residence, and in lieu of flowers, they would like for you to send donations to Arkansas Hospice. Her family would also like to send a large and special thank you to the wonderful, friendly staff at Oakdale Nursing home in Judsonia, Arkansas and to her Primary Physician; John Duke for taking such extraordinary care of Kathy during her fight.

Arrangements are entrusted to A Natural State Funeral Service, 2620 West Main Street, Jacksonville, Arkansas. 501-982-3400
