Mrs. Debra was one of the highlights of elementary school for me. She was a wonderful woman that loved what she did and loved people. It deeply saddens me that the world has lost such a wonderful person.

Mrs. Debra was an amazing woman! We both loved frogs so we use to discuss all the ones we had every time I’d go into Bayou Meto to pick up my daughter from school. Her last day there she gave my daughter one of her stuffed frogs, which my daughter still has. She was always a joy talking to any time I had to go to the school. She will definitely be missed!

My Aunt Debbie who was so cool and fun to me especially when Michelle and I were growing up. I didn’t get to spend as much time with her as I would have liked but the time I did was awesome. I remember staying at their house for 1 week when we were kids and I didn’t want to come home. And she always gave me the most beautiful jewelry boxes for Christmas. I hold a lot of memories just like everyone. I am praying for my Uncle Gary and Michelle along with the rest of the family for comfort. Aunt Debbie u were a great woman and will be missed!! Love you!!

We are so sorry to hear about Miss Nene (That’s what my family called her). She was one of the sweetest ladies I have known. She was even calm when the ballgame wasn’t going our way! Love and prayers to you Gumpy, Michelle, Cody, and Chelle.

I got the pleasure of meeting Debra. My daughter was with me. We stayed at hers and my cousin Gary house for 3 days. Very sweet woman. I dreamed of frogs for days after we left. So many frogs everywhere.
