Helping Families and Friends Honor Their Loved One

Phillip Cook, 56

Phillip Cook, 56, of Jacksonville, Arkansas left his earthly home Tuesday, March 24, 2020. He was born April 19, 1963 to the late Lester and Betty Cook of Jacksonville. He is preceded in death by his brother, James (Jim) Cook.

Phillip is survived by his sister, Lisa Cook Childers (Bruce) and brother Michael Cook; nieces Kristin Moore (Jesse) and Megan Young (Zane); great niece and nephews Avery Moore, Dean Moore, and Zachary Young; and a host of family and friends.

Phillip had an easy going, care free spirit. His family and friends will always remember his goofy personality and quick wit. He was a hard worker, very good with his hands, and was always there to help anyone who may have needed it. Phillip enjoyed the simple pleasures in life: spending time with his family, being outdoors, and especially his beloved dog, Jesse. He was loved by all and will be greatly missed.

Due to current circumstances, a memorial will be held for Phillip at a later date. Please contact Lisa via email (lrchilders@hotmail.com) if you would like to receive notification of when the memorial service will be held.
