Watching the video of Robert Lynn brought back memories of his warm nature to me. I grew up directly across the street from the Welch family and Robert was older, so was like a big brother, the same as he was to Larry. I know he will be greatly missed and there is now a large absence in his family’s lives. My deepest sympathies.
Eternal rest grant unto Robert and all who have gone before and may the Peace of the Lord be with you all.

Bob was a great man and will be missed. We spent many hours together on the water fishing. He gave me a Rue plant 15yrs ago that is still growing strong and every time I pass by it in the yard I think of Bob. R.I.P. my friend, Jeff Grooms
Hey papaw, I love you man, not a day goes by that I don’t think about you, I cant stop looking at the goofy pictures we always tend to take when I visited you, or when you would fall asleep when I would scratch your head, or comb your beard, Ik my selfishness and decisions got the best of me, and I wasn’t their to say goodbye, and that’s my biggest regret, but I know you will love me no matter what, and that I will cherish forever man, I love you, even though we were not blood, you never treated me any differently, and for that thank you papaw.
