So many precious memories… thank you, Grandpa, for all the things you taught my husband about how to fish, and farm, and so many things about how to be a man. Your impact in our lives will be felt for generations as those lessons are passed along. I am so grateful for these blessings in our lives thanks to you. See you when we get there, Grandpa Leon. We love you more than we could possibly express.

I never met Mr Petty in person but am friends with with his daughter LaJohnda Petty. By hearing her stories about him I can tell he was a man of his word, a Christian ,a hard worker and was truly loved and will be missed by many.
