David Eugene Phillips, 64, of Little Rock passed away on June 28, 2020. He was born in England, Arkansas to William Thomas and Billie Jean (Martin) Phillips.
He always enjoyed being outdoors and spending time with his family and friends. He was Baptist in faith, who loved old cars, anything automotive, R/C cars, and shooting guns. He was an animal lover in disguise, he loved them but always pretended not to.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Billie Jean Roth.
David leaves behind his loving wife Mary Phillips; his father William Phillips, his brothers Steven B. Phillips and Tommy Phillips (Carrie); a cousin Buddy Arron and many extended family and friends.
