Larry Dene McGilvra, age 60, of North Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away at home, on Wednesday, July 29, 2020. He was born on August 13, 1959 in East Los Angeles, California.
Larry was an over the road truck driver for many years. He was a loving and devoted husband; brother, uncle and friend to many. He proudly served in the US Navy Special Forces and he enjoyed spending traveling, fishing, camping, movies, and working on cars.
He is survived by his loving wife, Donna Montgomery of the home as well as a host of other family and friends.
A Memorial Service in Larry’s honor will be held at a later date.

I’m sorry to read about Larry’s passing. I knew him when he lived in Portland, OR way back in the early 90’s. He treated me like a grandson during those four years he was together with my Grandmother. He did indeed love camping, as I sometimes reminisce over old pictures from camping trips. I could tell he cared deeply for people and was sensitive.
