Laura Lynn Riable, age 58

Laura Lynn Riable of Little Rock passed away on July 17, 2020, after a short illness and is at peace.  Laura was born on January 4, 1962 in Little Rock and was the daughter of the late Raymond and Gloria Raible.

She attended St. Theresa’s grade school and Mt. Saint Mary’s high school in Little Rock before attending college at UA of Monticello and lived most of her life in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Laura is survived by her daughters Brooke Ogden (Dainiel), and Michelle Ciattei (Jessica); her son Robert Ray Burton, Jr. and; her granddaughter Olivia Ray Burton; her brother Mark Riable (Kathy); her sister Sandra Gharahgozlou; nephews Haumed Gharahgozlou and Justin Riable; her niece Sha Gharahgozlou (boyfriend Kyle Dennis);  great-niece Blakley Riable; great-nephew, Noah Gharahgozlou; a host of friends and family.

    So sorry for your loss, Mark and Sandy. We lived on Dahlia when you were growing up and our parents enjoyed many girl scout camp outs chaperoning. The memories of all the adventures and exploits of Laura, Sandy, and Mark were recalled many times.

    My heart sank when Brooke called me. Sending my thoughts and prayers out to all of you. Laura was the first person to befriend me at My. St. Mary’s in 1977 when I moved here to Little Rock. . 43 years of friendship has been blessed. Rest in Peace, Peanut! Always in my heart!!!

    I’m am so sorry to learn of Laura’s passing. She was a friend of our Family. My Dad was known as Mr Tax in Little Rock. MS Gloria work for him many years. The Jenkins Family will keep you all in our Prayers
