Steve Howard, 65, of North Little Rock passed away on July 21, 2020. He was born in Warren, Arkansas on October 2, 1954 to the late Samuel and Audrey (Evans) Howard.
He had a green thumb, loved plants, and animals. He was a nature lover who enjoyed walking along the Big Dam Bridge, being outside and loved fishing. He had a great sense of humor and enjoyed playing on Facebook.
He is preceded in death by his sister Brenda Taylor.
Steve leaves behind his loving and devoted wife of 20 years, Luisa Howard; his loving daughter Audrianna Howard; his step-son Logan Andrews; many friends and extended family.

Always will be my brother
When I had the pleasure of knowing him, he was always a friendly, gentle and kind soul. I know he will be sadly missed by his friends and family.
