Tama “Tammy” Lea Nixon, 59, of Sherwood passed away on July 21, 2020. She was born on April 5, 1961 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Robert and Betty (Venable) Smithwick.
She was a talented cake decorator for Walmart Bakery in Sherwood. She enjoyed creating each and every design, and went above and beyond to meet the customers expectations. She was a loving mother, grandmother who loved to spend time with her children, grandchildren and grandpup. She was an animal lover; she never met a stranger and was willing to help anyone.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Tammy leaves behind her loving children Christopher Lee Martin and Jennifer Renee Verser; her grandchildren Katelyn and Tobi; her grandpup Zeus; her boyfriend Chris Roberts; her siblings Darla Arick (Floyd), Michelle Sherrill (Dave), Karen Smithwick (Randy) and Wayne Smithwick; her nieces and nephews Heather, Brooke, Evan, Connor, Kelsy, Candance, and Lil-Randy; many friends and extended family
