The Huckeba’s were my family’s best friends back in the day. We all went to Highland Methodist Church together. Spent a lot of time at each other’s house. The last time I saw Stuart was at his Mother’s funeral. I talked to him 3 1\2 years ago when my Brother died! Wonderful memories!! Thoughts and Prayers!

Thanks to all of you for your thoughts and kind words.
My daddy was one of a kind in life…a smooth dancer on the dance floor, a ladies’ man in the field of love, and a badass on the hunting range. He grabbed life by the horns and was never accused of taking a backseat to anybody or anything. He had the fire of LIFE, and he lived all 72 years FULL of LIFE.
He was an inspiration, a harsh truth in a world of uncertainty, a shoulder to cry on and a warm hug when you were confronting a bad decision, and most of all, he was the truest of true friends. You always knew where you stood with him, No question. And even when he was pissed, he still loved you. He was the kind of person who saw threw the bullshit, and if you didn’t, he would help you see it.
Most of all, he loved me with all his heart, and I knew it…and I loved him right back just the same.
What a lucky girl I have been to be loved by him like that.
Miss him with all my heart.

    Jennie,
I just now heard that Stuart passed. Oh yes, he loved and adored you. He and my daddy shared their love of antiques. I went to Central with him one year. You and your boys are in my prayers.

Stuart was a good friend and an very capable ally in the mischievous deeds that must be taken care of in ones walk through life. Will miss him but happy to know that he is with Betty and his life is again complete.
