Carole Ann Moore, age 74

Carole Ann Moore, 74, of North Little Rock passed away on October 1, 2020.  She was born on March 23, 1946 in Little River, Arkansas to the late Grady and Mary Catherine (Chism) Loftin.

She had a giving, loving heart who worked with battered mothers and took in lost animals giving them the love and attention they needed. She attended North Little Rock First Assembly of God, and had a strong faith in God.  She loved taking the grandchildren to the movie theater or curling up on the couch at home and watching movies.  She was an avid reader and enjoyed spending time with her friends and family.

She is preceded in death by her husband, James Moore; her siblings Grady Loftin, Jr. and Linda Barton; beloved fur-baby, Rico.

Carole leaves behind to cherish her memories, her children Bryan Duffel, Karen Hawkins (Lee), Scott Duffel, Jamie Atkinson (Wayne), Kimberly Melton (Luke) and Deedra Anthony; 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; a host of extended family and friends.

In light of the current health concerns, Carole’s family thanks you for your thoughts and prayers if you are not able to attend the service. Please be aware, as per Arkansas directives, attendance will be regulated in accordance to Arkansas guidelines, all guests in attendance will be required wear masks/facial coverings and social distancing guidelines will be in place.

Visitation will be Sunday, October 4, 2020 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at A Natural State Funeral Service, 2620 West Main Street, Jacksonville, Arkansas. Funeral service will be Monday, October 5, 2020 at 10:00 AM with interment at Edgewood Cemetery, 4200 Division Street, North Little Rock, Arkansas.

    One of my greatest day is when Susan Madison shared this great friend of here’s with me and we started taking road trips together. She was a great women of God and I loved her so much. I loved all her children!!! She is in heaven, with no more pain with her beloved Jesus who she worshiped and dearly loved!!!. She will be dearly missed!❤️❤️❤️

    Love to this sweet family that my son married into. Many prayers for my daughter in-law Kimberly and her Brothers and Sisters as well as the many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. . Carole will be missed by many. However she certainly has left a Great Legacy! Love ❤️ and prayers as Carole’s life is celebrated !

    I wish I could be there today along side my family but I am there in spirit. I loved aunt Carole dearly and will cherish every memory of her. I love you all so much!

    She is with Him, her Savior. She lived for Him. She loved Him. She served Him. She was truly a wonderful and kind person. We were blessed to have had her in our life.
