Patricia Chambers (Dillaha), age 89, of Cabot, Arkansas passed away on October 10, 2020. She was born in Little Rock, Arkansas to Theo A. Dillaha and Myrtle Anna Dillaha on March 17, 1931.
Patricia is preceded in death by her husband William Lawrence Chambers; mother Myrtle Anna Dillaha; father Theo A. Dillaha; daughters Patricia Lynn Chambers and Betty Dianne Mortimore.
Pat is survived by her brother Theo A. Dillaha Jr. (Mary Ann); daughters Kathleen Chambers, and Dana E. Wilson; granddaughters Kathryn Lynn Mortimore and Loren Elizabeth Wilson; and great-grandson River W. Brown.
Pat had a long list of accomplishment alongside her husband, with the opening of Chambers Drug Store in 1956, and then later, Crestview Pharmacy, being two of their larger ones. In her earlier years, she and her husband, Bill, were very active members in their community. Not only was she dedicated to her family, but she felt a strong passion in helping to grow and better the community that she was a part of.
She loved playing card games, so much that she taught some of her closer friends how to play bridge, in which their group would continue to play together for decades to come.
The love that she had for her children, grandchildren, and great-grandson was special. There was not anything that she would not do for any one of them. She prided herself on always doing the right thing, in which she instilled in her family. There are too many accomplishments and qualities about her to list, but she was truly a once in a lifetime kind of person.
Memorial Service will be held at A Natural State Funeral Service on Saturday October 17, 2020 10:00 A.M.
In light of the current health concerns, Patricia’s family thanks you for your thoughts and prayers if you are not able to attend the service.
