I met Evelyn when I joined ESA. She was a sister with a sweet and kind heart. When my husband had cancer last year, she reached out to us to give us some information that she knew would help us. . We appreciate her so much. You’ll all be in our thoughts and prayers.

“Ev” was so dear to my husband, Jason, and I who worked with her for years at CARTI. We had long talks about life and love. She had the most giving and gentle spirit.

Evelyn was a gifted writer, a natural comedian, and a beloved cousin. I always looked forward to seeing her and hearing her essay about the Raney Reunion Punch. My love to family and friends.

Evelyn was so precious to those of us who had the privilege to work with her at CARTI. She had the heart and soul of an Angel. Evelyn’s death leaves a heartache no one can heal but a memory no one can steal.
