One of my favorite and funniest memories is when the four of us boys went on a camping trip along with a gallon of vino fino. We were sitting by the camp fire and Richard tells a joke about a cattle rancher, he had me laughing so hard I broke and fell out of the chair. I can still see that old bull come out of the cattle truck with the dust flying. Richard was quite the comedian. Richard you will be missed. Love Don & Wilma Pegram

I have know Richard since pinewood elementary.. We got along so well because we both like to laugh and joke during class sometimes too much! He invited me to spend the night at his house and his family treated me so well.. it was my fist time spending the night at someone’s house I was nervous but the next day I cried when I left. Richard had a gentle soul! I know he is keeping everyone in heaven laughing! I breaks my heart but I know he is in a better place. He will be missed RIP brother.
