William L. Phillips Jr, age 49

William L. Phillips, Jr. (“Billy”), 49 of Cabot, AR, formerly of Fulton, NY, passed away on October 30, 2020.  He was born on January 8, 1971 in Syracuse, NY.  Billy worked for Jim Strough at Woodchuck Trucking. Billy enjoyed working on cars and was a skilled mechanic.  He was thoughtful, charismatic, giving, and always had a story and a laugh for anyone who would listen.  He was a hard worker and a dedicated father, son, brother and uncle.

Billy was pre-deceased by his sister, Marlene Phillips Dilday and his dad Richard Delaney, Jr.

He is survived by his children, Hayden and Katie Phillips, Myla and Zoe; his parents, Sharon Delaney of Lyles, TN and William (June) Phillips of Lawrenceville, VA; siblings Paul (Kris) Phillips, Marcia (Jason) Bell, Jason Phillips, Richard Delaney, III, Erin Delaney, Brett Delaney, Edward (Veronica) Merritt, Lucinda (Ronald) Powell; many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews that he loved very much.

 A memorial service will be held on November 7, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. at Smyrna Full Gospel church located at 1675 Smyrna Road, Lonoke, AR. 72086.

In light of the current health concerns, Billy’s family thanks you for your thoughts and prayers if you are not able to attend the service. Please be aware, as per Arkansas directives, attendance will be regulated in accordance to Arkansas guidelines, all guests in attendance will be required to wear masks/facial coverings and social distancing guidelines will be in place.

    My best friend Will Bill I will never forget you, you made me think about so much more then what I ever thought about you taught me so much and ur always was there for me no matter what time of day or night it was ur door was always open to me and I will forever miss your good morning breakfast and coffee u will always be in my heart and I will forever cherish the memories I have with u and the time I spent with you.

    That is my dad and I’m his son I’m ten and it been hard without my dad and and I love him so much and it been a year and two months or less and I really miss him
