Alan Eugene Pritchett, 58

Alan Eugene Pritchett, 58, of Jacksonville, passed away on February 24, 2021. He was born August 10, 1962 in Waco, Texas to Jimmy and Lois Pritchett.

Alan loved animals especially his dog “chewy”. He was a diehard Alabama Crimson Tide fan and could watch all sports. His nieces, nephews and family were a big part of his life. Alan helped anyone who needed it and touched a lot of lives during his time here.

Alan leaves behind his wife of twenty seven years, Christine Pritchett; parents Jimmy and Lois Pritchett; sister Carla Matthews (Mark) brother John Pritchett (Jan); Nephews Ethan Matthews, Cody Paap(Jen), Quinten Paap (Felicia), and John Paulsen; Nieces Melissa Ferguson (Brandon), Alex Paulsen, Rachel Ellard (Josh) and Brittany Paap; Great nephews and nieces  Claytin Paap, Alley Jo Paap, Cadence Paap and Tristen Paap.

Alan’s celebration of life will be Saturday March 6th, at 10:00 AM at A Natural State Funeral Service in Jacksonville.

In light of the current health concerns, Alan’s family thanks you for your thoughts and prayers if you are not able to attend the service. Please be aware, as per Arkansas directives, attendance will be regulated in accordance to Arkansas guidelines, all guests in attendance will be required to wear masks/facial coverings and social distancing guidelines will be in place

    Prayers for the family, know they are feeling your loss heavy! You will be missed, Alan! You will be forever loved – know you are in a better place now, Alan, no sickness, no sorrow! God be with your family and friends during their grief, it’s not easy, but they will continue on to keep your memory alive! My heart hurts for them all!

    So very sorry for your loss. We offer our sincere heartfelt condolences. Alan undoubtedly suffered severely during the last days of his life. That is all over now because he will have no more aches, pain or suffering and can now rest comfortably. May the One who knows all, and sees all, wrap His ever-loving arms around you, the family, and grant you the peace you so richly deserve. God bless all.
